A New Feature has been added to Cold Steel 4: Auto Mode.
What Auto Mode allows you to do is enjoy standard battles with greater comfort.
During Auto Mode, party characters carry out standard attacks at high speed. Also, by setting Combat Links, pursuits will activate automatically when Link Attacks occur.
During battle, you can switch Auto Mode on and off as you desire using the Touchpad button.
For players who want to progress through the main story with little difficulty, level grind faster or want to quickly explore fields and dungeons Auto Mode’s High Speed Combat and Convenient Exploration is for you.
Lost Arts from Cold Steel 2 are making a return in Cold Steel 4
During battle, you can activate Lost Arts, by exchanging all of the in-use character’s EP you can add various effects to the entire battlefield.
Finally, Panzer Soldats can be summoned during battle to perform devastating attack techniques on enemies.
Trails of Cold Steel IV will serve as a grand conclusion to Falcom’s highly popular RPG series Trails of Cold Steel. It will have the largest playable character roster in the series, which gathers characters from not only the Cold Steel series but also Trails in the Sky and even Trails of Zero & Trails of Azure, the two Crossbell games that have not been officially localized in English yet.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV -The End of Saga- will be released for PlayStation 4 in Japan on September 27, 2018.
